Pricing information
The prices are per apartment per day for two people, including final cleaning, unless otherwise indicated. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 1.70 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.
Supplements & Reductions
- Minimum stay: 1 week (valid for the high season and the Easter and Christmas periods)
- Short stays: we apply an extra charge for stays of up to 3 nights.
We can offer special deals on request.
- Extra person (adults): € 31.00 per day
- Reductions for children:
Children under 4 - free
- Children over age 4 - € 16.00
- Children over 14 (in the apartment with their parents) - € 21.00
- Final cleaning: included in the price
Booking information
Deposit and booking
A booking is only deemed confirmed after written confirmation by both parties and receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. The outstanding amount can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card or debit card (except American Express).

To speed up the process, information can be sent in advance using our online check-in.
Cancellation
Special cancellation terms during the Covid-19 emergency
- A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at time of booking.
- For cancellations prior to 14 days before date of arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations within 14 days of arrival date, or in the event of early departure, the total amount will still be charged.
If it is not possible for you to come and stay because of a new border closure, a ban on travelling outside your region for the period in question, or a new lockdown, your deposit will be refunded.

- Final cleaning: included in the price
- Linen change: sheets, bath towels and tea towels are changed as required
- Additional cleaning: possible at any time, when requested, and included in the price
- Baby equipment: high chair, cot and child bike seat available on request
- Internet: fibre optic internet connection
- Lift: all apartments are accessible by lift
- Parking: Free parking in the enclosed courtyard
Kitchen
- Honesty bar: a selection of drinks, snacks and other products is available in the "Alte Ansetz" lounge. The lounge is also a pleasant place to sit and relax.
- Bread delivery service: on request (payable extra)
- Breakfast service: we can arrange for you to have breakfast in a hotel or bar close to your apartment.
Free time
- Free loyalty card (GuestCard): this entitles you to a minimum 10% discount on entrance charges for museums, cable cars, and sports and leisure facilities in and around Merano
- Bike rental: Free loan of bikes

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.
Check-out: by 10 a.m.
Non-smoking apartments
Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments.
Pets
Dogs are allowed in some apartments by prior arrangement. We charge € 12.00 per dog per day, and € 44.00 for extra cleaning.
