General Information:
- Prices are for 2 people per day, appartement Hohe Mauer for 1 people, incl. towels, bedclothes etc.
- For each additional person we charge Euro 20 per day.
- Children stay in their parents’ apartment for free.
- Surcharge 15 % if staying 3 days or less !
- Final Cleaning: Euro 39.00/49,00 Euro, free if staying 14 days or longer!
- Rooms must be vacated by 10am on departure day, while they are available for check-in after 2pm. If you are unable to arrive before 6pm, please let us know in advance.
- CHECK-IN ON SUNDAY: ONLY AFTER 6PM.
- In the event of premature departure or failure to arrive at all, the following cancellation charges will apply: if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, there will be no cancellation penalty, for cancellations between 59 and 15 days prior to your arrival date: 50% of the total price, for cancellations between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival date: 60% of the total price, 7 days or less prior to arrival: 70% of the total price. That is why we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
- Reservations become mutually binding upon receipt of written confirmation by both parties (faxes, email also accepted).
- We ask that you make a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost.
- Payment is only possible in cash or by bank transfer.
- All apartments are no-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
- Parking: there are plenty of parking spaces available in our self-contained courtyard.
